Return Process

  Log into your RMIT Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
